A vertical illustrative tattoo design, 2D vector style. A cute black Palico feline cat with realistic cat ears, and large glowing solid eyes is riding on the back of a Nargacuga dragon. The camera is zoomed in tight as a close Up portrait, showing only the full cat on top and the dragon's head and neck directly below it, acting as a compact pedestal base. The cat is holding a wooden hunter's bow and arrow. The dragon has sleek, smooth, interlocking reptilian wyvern scales, sharp fangs, and a glowing red streak trailing backward from its eye. Thick clean black outlines, clear spacing, solid white background, zero feathery textures, no 3D shading, stencil ready. tattoo idea
